For those who feel they need more time away from gaming, self-exclusion is available for temporary periods (24 hours, 7 days, 1 month, or 3 months) or permanently. Please note that permanent exclusion requires a written request via our support email and comes with no cooling-off period.

Reality Check

To monitor your gaming activity, session reminder pop-ups will appear every 30 minutes during active play, displaying the following information:

• Session duration
• Amount wagered
• Amount won/lost

Loss Limits

You can set a maximum loss per day to help manage your bankroll. Once this limit is reached, your account will suspend further play until the next calendar day.

Bet Limits

To prevent high-risk bets, you can configure your maximum single bet between €5 and €50 for each session.
